He has experience drafting and prosecuting utility and design patent applications and trademark applications, both domestically and abroad. Bill is a former mechanical engineer with experience designing automation equipment, evaluating and testing consumer products for a global independent safety company, and helping develop the superconducting radio frequency cavities and liquid helium cryogenic plant for the NSLS-II project at Brookhaven National Laboratory.
